Decanter

This machine processes raw sugar beet juice into thin juice and foam soil. The Deswarte decanter processes up to 700m³ per hour with maximum efficiency. By working on different levels, compact decanting is possible.

Beet slicer

This machine is used to cut the beets after the washing process. The design and control system make the machine reliable and robust. The blade block on the outside of the machine can be replaced, ensuring efficient maintenance.

Fondoir

This machine is used in the process of upgrading sugar, separating sediment, and maintaining a homogeneous mixture at the correct temperature.

Washing drum

Our washing drums include pre-wash, main wash, and post-treatment drums. These drums can be integrated into a complete washing system. The process and washing intensity can be adjusted by regulating the water supply, whereby we always strive for gentle, non-damaging treatment of the laundry. You can come to us for engineering, design, and installation.

Stone washer

Separating stones, clay, and sand from crops can yield significant amounts of inorganic material. The stone washer separates the mineral components and provides a separate stream of stones that are suitable for reuse or even sale.

Stone remover

This machine separates stones, sand, and gravel from the delivered potatoes or sugar beets. This drum can be integrated into a complete washing installation. You can contact us for engineering, design, and assembly.

Jet washer

The Jet washer is used in the sugar beet washing process.
