To cope with busy periods in the factory, we have provided a solution in the form of a mobile screening installation. This is responsible for transporting, screening, and filtering soybeans.
The installation has five screw conveyors, a sieve, and a filter. The screws are responsible for feeding the product and removing the various fractions. The sieve separates the product according to the desired size, and the filter sucks up the excess dust to maintain a clean working environment.
The installation is designed in such a way that, despite its high weight (11.5 tons), it is fully mobile. Because the standard dimensions of a shipping container have been retained, the installation is easy to transport both internally and between different sites.
