Animal feed producer

An animal feed manufacturer needed additional storage
capacity for his raw materials. Our engineers proposed to reuse eight old silos and to automate the supply and discharge system.

It was also extended by a truck loading station consisting of two screws and a loading bellows with dust extraction, so that the raw materials could also be delivered externally.
The manual silo valves have been replaced with larger pneumatic slide valves to automate the process and to allow for a greater flow rate. To this end, all transition hoppers between the silos and the existing chain conveyors have
been renewed.
